I’ve used these on the train and at the office, and people sitting near me didn’t seem to hear my music at all. I’m happy with that since I don’t like bothering anyone.

It’s a good deal for what you get. I feel like it was definitely worth the money.

The shipping took way longer than I expected. It showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. Frustrating experience overall.

I ended up getting caught in some light rain with it one time, not a full-on downpour or anything, just enough that I was a little worried it might mess something up. But after drying it off and checking it later, it still worked completely fine. So based on that one experience, I’d say it can handle a little rain without any issues.

I bought a pair of headphones from Naenka the product itself was okay. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible. But I had a small issue with charging, so I sent them a message, and then I just waited. And waited. It took a few days before anyone got back to me.
When they finally replied, it sounded copy-pasted, like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I had to explain the same thing again, which was frustrating for such a small problem. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but yeah, their support really needs to be faster and a bit more clear

Stopped to charge. Plugged in, and it just worked. No issues, no waiting around forever. Quick, honestly. Easy experience.

The mic works fine for the most part, but my voice sounds a little muffled sometimes. It’s not terrible, just not as clear as I was hoping. I also felt a bit talked down to when I asked about it, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I mainly picked up these naenka earbuds for phone calls, they’ve been a pleasant surprise. People seem to hear me clearly even when I’m out walking, which is a big improvement over my old pair where I was constantly repeating myself. The audio on both ends sounds clear, and the battery has made it through a few longer calls without any issues. They’re not absolutely perfect, but for what I needed them for, I’m happy so far.

I’ve been using these for a bit the sound is clear and better than I expected for the price. The bass isn’t bad, but I do wish it had a little more punch. I reached out to support and they basically said, “try adjusting the EQ and give them a little break-in time,” which helped a bit. Overall, I’m happy with them for casual listening.
